One of the most fundamental skills in music and dance is to recognize fast and slow. This is the green group in their rendition of Fast and Slow
This is an example of a dance scene in our "Ish" show in 2012. Performers explored ball room dancing. Notice that the the performers started alone and then became more independent as the song moves along.
